Is a long sword or scimitar better in RuneScape?
I want to know which one is better and can hit more damage.
Long swords hit slightly harder, but scimmys hit faster. So for example you can hit lets just say 4 times with a scimmy in the time of 3 long sword hits. So if the scimmy hits a 9 and the long sword hits a 10 it turns out to be 36 damage dealt with the scimmy and only 30 with the long sword(not exact calculations just an example). I say go with the scimmy they are extremely popular in the game for a reason.
