how are head sizes determined? is it only by genetics or are diets a factor too?

so are the head affected by food or is the size purely based on genetics?

Mostly genetics. But if you are a very heavy person your head will be larger than a skinny person. I have a very small head compared to other people. I take the smallest hat size and then have to stuff it with newspaper. If your male ancestors were bald then chances are you will be bald too.

Does the head circumference, and the size of the forehead really indicate a person's intelligence?
I read that brain size determines the intelligence, and that (mentally challenged) people tend to have lower forehead and head size, in general, while the smart people had large fronts. Is this true?
Not really. Intelligence has more to do with how the brain is connected to how big it is. Otherwise, CI would not have women who are way higher than average. (Women tend to have slightly smaller brains than men). Measurements were made of the brains of genius, and size does not correspond to the IC. What is the ability to link the brain to store information. That's not something that can be determined only look at someone. Some people with mental problems are minor compared as a side effect of the genetic defect that causes the disease to begin with.
